At The Sholley Agency, we have our own in-house Claims Specialist available to you for just such an occasion. The Claims Specialist will gather facts and information, explain procedures and make recommendations, provide assistance and report claims to the appropriate company in a courteous, professional and polite way. Our specialist will work with you to resolve claims quickly and equitably - and will even make helpful referrals for cleaning services or repair services as the need arises.
