We are prouod to offer MyWave to all of our clients. MyWave is an internet-based client center that gives you and your employees instant access to downloadable forms related to COBRA, HIPAA, Privacy, Wellness, FMLA, Section 125 administration, and a large catalog of other HR topics.
COBRA Administration
We offer COBRA administrative assistance to our group health clients. We've invested in COBRA administrative software to help ensure compliance with very strict laws that govern notification language, mailings, timeliness, etc. If you're currently paying a third party to handle your COBRA, you are paying too much!
Employee Advocacy
We strive every day to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients. All plan enrollees are encouraged to contact our "Employee Benefit Advocate" with any questions they may have regarding their group benefit plan(s). With the permission of the enrollee, we will work directly with the insurer, provider's office, and/or health care facility to resolve claim issues or correct billing errors. Enrollees are also encouraged to contact their Employee Benfit Advocte prospectively, to help ensure that specific procedures and services will be covered they their insurance plan. Allowing us to navigate the sometimes choppy waters of employee benefits will offer your employees peace of mind and enable them to focus on their work.
Enrollments & Changes
Allow us to process your employee and/or dependent enrollmetns and changes. Simply forward the enrollment/cahnge paperwork to us, and we will take care of it by working directly with the carrier.
HRA Administration
We offer HRA administration at no cost to our group health clients. Employer can save substantially on premium costs by switching to high deductible health plans and pairing them with health reibmursement arrangements (HRAs). Premium savings can then be used to reimburse a portion of the enrollee's deductible expenses, thus offering the feeling of a lower deductible plan.
